OSRS Agility Calculator
Agility is a slow but mostly-AFK skill trained on rooftop courses, climbing from Gnome Stronghold through the city rooftops — Draynor, Varrock, Canifis, Falador, Seers', Pollnivneach, Rellekka and Ardougne. At high level the Hallowed Sepulchre adds faster XP plus loot. The payoff for grinding it is run-energy regeneration and access to useful shortcuts.

The Hallowed Sepulchre is faster and gives rewards once you reach it, but the rooftop courses are the simple, near-AFK backbone of Agility training.

What's the fastest way to train Agility in OSRS?
Run the highest rooftop course you've unlocked, then switch to the Hallowed Sepulchre at higher levels for faster XP plus valuable loot. Agility is inherently slow, so 'fastest' mostly means picking the best course for your level.
Why train Agility in OSRS?
Higher Agility regenerates your run energy faster and unlocks shortcuts all over the map, which saves time on every trip you make. It's also a requirement for plenty of diaries and quests, so it pays off well beyond the level number.
Can you AFK Agility?
Rooftop courses are semi-AFK — you click each obstacle but can look away between laps — which is why most players grind them while doing something else. The Hallowed Sepulchre is more involved but more rewarding.
