What's the fastest way to train Runecraft in OSRS?
There's no single fast method — Runecraft is gated by trips to the altar. Lava runes at the Fire altar are a solid mid-level rate, and crafting blood or soul runes at the Arceuus altars gives the best high-level XP while also turning a profit.
Why is Runecraft so slow in OSRS?
Each rune-crafting trip needs you to carry essence to an altar and back, which caps how many runes you make per hour. Even the best methods are modest XP compared to other skills, which is why 99 Runecraft is one of the most respected grinds in the game.
