How do you train Hitpoints in OSRS?
You don't train it directly — Hitpoints rises automatically whenever you deal damage in combat. Every point of damage gives 1.33 Hitpoints XP on top of your attack-style XP, so any Attack, Strength, Ranged or Magic training levels HP at the same time.
What's the fastest way to get 99 Hitpoints?
Since HP follows your combat, the fastest HP XP comes from the highest-damage training you can sustain. Nightmare Zone is the most popular fast-and-AFK option (~70k HP XP/hr); high-level Slayer and PvM give strong HP XP while you also earn drops.
Will I get 99 Hitpoints naturally?
For most accounts, yes — 99 Hitpoints usually arrives around the time you've maxed your other combat stats, because every combat skill feeds it. Many players reach 99 HP without ever deliberately training it.
