Arkan blade

The Arkan blade is a one-handed melee sword that requires 60 Attack to wield. It is a reward from the The Final Dawn quest, handed to you by Prince Itzla Arkan. With a +64 strength bonus it hits about as hard as a dragon scimitar, but with far better stab accuracy and a useful burn special attack.

Equipment bonuses

The Arkan blade has +55 stab, +70 slash and +64 strength. That strength is close to the dragon scimitar's +66, but its stab bonus of +55 (versus the scimitar's +8) makes it a much more flexible one-handed sword.

Special attack — Flames of Ralos

Flames of Ralos costs 30% special-attack energy and lands one hit with +50% accuracy and damage. If it connects it also applies a strong burn — 10 damage over 24 seconds — and the burns stack with each successful special. How to get the Arkan blade

The Arkan blade is a reward for completing The Final Dawn quest — Prince Itzla Arkan gives it to you at the end. It is untradeable; if you lose it you can reclaim another from Prince Itzla at the Sunrise Palace for 250,000 coins.
