The tormented bracelet is not a drop — you create it yourself by enchanting a zenyte bracelet with the Lvl-7 Enchant spell.
- 93 Magic to cast Lvl-7 Enchant (this level is boostable)
- 1 cosmic rune, 20 soul runes and 20 blood runes per cast
- The cast grants 110 Magic experience
If you can't reach 93 Magic, the finished bracelet trades freely on the Grand Exchange for about 20-21M, with a buy limit of 8 every 4 hours. You can also bolt a tormented ornament kit (from master Treasure Trails) onto it for a tormented bracelet (or); that change is purely cosmetic and does not touch the stats.
Is the tormented bracelet worth it?
For almost everyone, yes. The +5% magic damage is a flat multiplier on your spell damage, so it pays off on everything from Tumeken's shadow to a basic ice barrage. There is no Magic level requirement to equip it — just 75 Hitpoints — so it slots into nearly any mage build, and the +10 magic attack helps your spells land more often.
