  • When each level is needed. Levels are checked against the highest need on the open path.
  • Boosts. A boostable level still counts as missing until your real level is high enough.
How this is worked out
  • Requirements come from each quest's OSRS Wiki page (184 quests, 27 miniquests and 10 Recipe for Disaster parts), read 23 Oct 2026. Wiki content is CC BY-NC-SA 3.0.
  • The order puts every quest after the quests it needs, in the order the Wiki lists them. It is one valid order, not the fastest.
  • “Start it only” steps (Legends' Quest for Recipe for Disaster) count only the levels needed to start. Desert Treasure I's Slayer 10 can be skipped with the gas mask.
  • Dragon Slayer II needs only the pyre ship part of Barbarian Training. For Dragon Slayer II we show Firemaking 35 for the pyre ship part. The Wiki's summary box says 11; we are checking which is right.
  • With RuneLite linked, each quest's state comes from your last sync. A quest finished after that sync shows as not done until the next sync or your tick.

What quests do I need for Barrows gloves?
Barrows gloves are bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest after you finish Recipe for Disaster. One valid order has 38 steps before it: 37 quests and 1 miniquest. Legends' Quest only needs to be started, up to the Kharazi Jungle. You also need 175 quest points; the quests on the path give 79. The highest levels on the path are 70 Cooking, 59 Magic, 53 Fishing.
What quests do I need before Desert Treasure II?
41 steps: 37 quests and 4 miniquests. The miniquests are Curse of the Empty Lord, The General's Shadow, Enter the Abyss, His Faithful Servants. Swan Song on the path needs 100 quest points; the other quests on the path that do not need Swan Song give 56. The highest levels are 75 Firemaking, 75 Magic, 72 Mining.
What are the requirements for Dragon Slayer II?
200 quest points, 34 steps first (33 quests and 1 miniquest), and levels up to 75 Magic, 70 Smithing, 68 Mining, 62 Crafting. Only the pyre ship part of Barbarian Training is needed. Dream Mentor on the path needs combat level 85.
Does Monkey Madness II need all of Recipe for Disaster?
No. It needs only the Another Cook's Quest and Freeing King Awowogei parts of Recipe for Disaster, so the whole chain is 11 steps, not the 39 that all of Recipe for Disaster takes.
Can the planner see which quests I have done?
Only if you link the RuneLite plugin, which sends each quest's state. The OSRS hiscores have no quest data, so a looked-up name fills your levels only. Otherwise every quest is unknown until you tick it; ticks stay in this browser.
Is this the fastest quest order?
No. It is one valid order: every quest comes after the quests it needs, in the order the OSRS Wiki lists them. No source defines a fastest order for one goal.
