How to get the arcane sigil
The arcane sigil is a rare drop from the Corporeal Beast, landing at 1/1,365 per kill.
It's fully tradeable on the Grand Exchange, with a buy limit of 5 every four hours, so players who don't want to grind the boss can simply buy one instead.
Making the arcane spirit shield
An arcane sigil can't be worn by itself. Combine it with a blessed spirit shield to create the arcane spirit shield, which requires 90 Prayer and 85 Smithing to do yourself.
Players who don't have those levels can instead pay Abbot Langley a flat 1,500,000 coin fee to combine the two items for them.
Fortifying Elidinis' ward
The arcane sigil is also used to fortify an Elidinis' ward into Elidinis' ward (f). This requires 90 Prayer, 90 Smithing, and 10,000 soul runes, in addition to the sigil and the ward.
Unlike the shield recipe, Abbot Langley cannot fortify the ward for players who lack the levels. He can, however, remove a sigil from an already-made arcane spirit shield — though doing so destroys the blessed spirit shield in the process.
