The max cape is the prestige cape worn by players who have reached level 99 in all 24 skills (a total level of 2,376). It is sold by Mac on his island west of the Warrior's Guild for 2,376,000 coins and comes with a matching max hood. Its stats match a trimmed skillcape and it carries the perks of every skillcape at once.

The max cape gives +9 to every defence bonus and +4 Prayer — the same as a trimmed Cape of Accomplishment. Players wear it mostly for the prestige and the combined skillcape perks and teleports rather than the modest combat stats.

What the max cape does
Beyond looking the part, the max cape rolls every skillcape perk into one cape — all the teleports, features and passive perks you'd otherwise swap capes for. Its emote shows all 24 skill icons above your head. It can be combined with other capes (fire, infernal, quest, achievement-diary and more) into fancier max-cape variants, and stored on a cape rack in a player-owned house.
How to get the max cape
Reach level 99 in all 24 skills (a minimum of 312,826,344 experience), then travel to Mac on his island just west of the Warrior's Guild — you'll need a pickaxe and an axe, plus 99 Agility, Crafting, Construction, Defence, Mining and Woodcutting to reach him — and buy the cape for 2,376,000 coins. It comes with the max hood.
