Live OSRS Grand Exchange prices
This GE price tracker pulls real-time Grand Exchange prices straight from the official Old School RuneScape Wiki real-time prices API. Search any tradeable item to see its current buy (low) and sell (high) price and how long ago it last traded, so you always know what an item is really worth right now.
How is the flip margin worked out?
Margin = sell price (high) − buy price (low) − GE tax. The Grand Exchange takes a 2% tax on every sale, so we subtract it from the high price. The result is the gap between two past trades, not a promised profit: prices move and an offer may not fill at either price. “Spread × limit” multiplies that gap by the item’s 4-hour buy limit, as if every offer filled.
How much is the OSRS GE tax?
2% of the sell price, rounded down. It is only charged on items selling for more than 50 coins and is capped at 5,000,000 coins per item sold. A few staple items are exempt entirely.
What is a buy limit?
The most of an item you can buy on the Grand Exchange every 4 hours, per account. It caps how much you can flip in one window.
Why do prices differ from in-game?
Prices come from the latest real-world trades reported to the Wiki API, which can lag the live game by a few minutes in fast markets. Always confirm in-game before a large offer.

The gap between each item's last instant-buy and instant-sell trade, after the 2% GE tax. Each price shows when it last traded.

What this cannot tell you
- Whether a buy or sell offer at these prices will fill, fill in part or never fill.
- How much you have already bought in your current 4-hour buy limit window.
- Whether the gap is still there. Prices move between trades and after this snapshot.
- Whether a price was pushed by one player. Large gaps and thin trading are left out, but that is not proof.
A spread is not a profit. You can lose gp: the tax is taken on every sale, whether or not the price held. Check the price in game before any offer.
Which items have no GE tax?
A short list of items is exempt from the 2% tax, including the Old school bond. The full list shows here once prices load.
Why can a big margin never fill?
Each price here is one past trade. We have no data on open offers or how fast an item fills. A large margin often means few trades: one buyer paid a high price once, and nobody may sell to you near it. That is why gaps over 20% and items with fewer than 100 trades a day are left out.
