The saturated heart is an upgraded imbued heart, made by combining it with 150,000 ancient essence in a non-reversible process. Right-clicking Invigorate grants a 5-minute Magic boost of +4 plus 10% of the player's level, rounded down — bigger than the imbued heart's +1 plus 10% — and the boosted level won't drain below that cap while it lasts. How to make the saturated heart
The saturated heart can't be bought or found — it's created by using 150,000 ancient essence on an imbued heart. The combination requires level 1 Magic, grants 500 Magic experience, and consumes the imbued heart entirely; the process is non-reversible, so there's no way to split the saturated heart back into its ingredients.
Once made, it sits in your inventory as one of the few OSRS items that grant a self-cast stat boost rather than being worn.
Saturated heart boost & cooldown
Using the Invigorate option grants a 5-minute boost to your Magic level equal to +4 plus 10% of your current level, rounded down — +9 at levels 50–59, rising to +13 at levels 90–99. While the boost is active, your Magic level won't drain below that maximum boost on its own, though potions and an opponent's attacks can still reduce it. After five minutes the boost ends and Magic returns to normal.
The heart then has a 5-minute cooldown before it can be Invigorated again.
Saturated heart vs the imbued heart
The saturated heart out-boosts the imbued heart on every point its own page compares: a +4 plus 10% Magic boost instead of +1 plus 10%, and a cooldown that's 2 minutes shorter. The two hearts can't be used at the same time, so a full magic gear setup only benefits from whichever one is active.
