What's the fastest way to train Woodcutting in OSRS?

2-tick teak chopping is the fastest Woodcutting XP at roughly 155k XP/hr, but it's a click-intensive tick-manipulation method. For relaxed XP, redwood trees are the best AFK option at higher levels.

Can you AFK Woodcutting?

Yes — most Woodcutting is naturally semi-AFK. Trees like maple, yew, magic and redwood let you click occasionally and chop in the background, which is why it's a popular skill to train while multitasking.

Does Woodcutting make money?

Some trees do — magic and redwood logs sell for a fair bit, and yew logs are a classic low-effort money-maker. Don't expect riches, but you're not losing gold the way you do training Construction or Prayer.
