The Ruby bracelet is a members Crafting product you make from a gold bar and a ruby at 42 Crafting. It has no combat bonuses. Its main use is as the base for the Inoculation bracelet, which you make with Lvl-3 Enchant at 49 Magic.
Equipment bonuses
Every bonus in the table is zero. The bracelet sits in the hands slot but adds nothing to your stats.
No level requirement · hands slot · members · tradeable. All combat bonuses are zero. It is worth making as a Crafting product or enchant base, not as gear.

How to get a Ruby bracelet
You can craft one or buy one on the Grand Exchange.
Enchanting into an Inoculation bracelet
Lvl-3 Enchant turns the ruby bracelet into an Inoculation bracelet. The spell needs 49 Magic and gives 59 Magic experience.
The Inoculation bracelet blocks 275 points of disease damage and then degrades to dust. You can right-click it while worn to check how much protection is left. It helps for Skogre and Zogre hunting, the Trouble Brewing minigame and the Maggot King. You must have completed Zogre Flesh Eaters to wear it.
Is the Ruby bracelet worth it?
As worn gear, no. It adds nothing to your stats. It is useful only as a Crafting product or as the base item for an Inoculation bracelet.
For hands-slot items that do add stats, look at the Combat bracelet and the Regen bracelet.
