The Armadyl crossbow's special attack, Armadyl Eye, consumes 50% of your special attack energy. For one shot it doubles your overall accuracy (combined level and gear accuracy) and doubles the base chance of an enchanted bolt's special effect activating.
For example, firing the spec with enchanted diamond bolts raises the Armour Piercing proc chance from 10% to 20% for that shot. If you have completed the Hard Kandarin Diary, its extra bolt-proc bonus is added after the doubling, pushing that example to a total of 21%.
