The Diamond bracelet is a Crafting product, not a piece of gear. You make it from a gold bar and a diamond at a furnace, it needs 58 Crafting, and it gives no combat bonuses at all when worn. It earns its page as a training item and as the base you enchant into an abyssal bracelet.

Equipment bonuses

Every combat bonus on this item is zero, as the table shows. It sits in the hands slot, but it will not add attack, defence, strength or Prayer. If you want a real bonus in that slot, look at the gloves in the comparison section below.

How to get a Diamond bracelet

Most players craft it or buy it. There are a few other sources.

Ways to obtain it
Craft it — use a gold bar on a furnace while a diamond and a bracelet mould are in your inventory. It needs 58 Crafting and gives 95 experience per bracelet.
Grand Exchange — it is tradeable, so you can buy one instead of making it. The buy limit is 10,000 every 4 hours.
Other sources — reward-pool caskets, plundered salvage and tarnished bracelets, and Conara's Jewels in Cam Torum stocks it.

For bulk crafting, banking in Prifddinas works well, and a loop of 13 bracelets, a bank trip and the walk back takes about 36 seconds.

What a Diamond bracelet is used for

This is a skilling item. Nobody puts it on for the stats, because there are none. Its value comes from the two things you can do with it.

Crafting experience. At 95 experience per bracelet, mass-crafting is a steady way to train from the level you unlock it. That is roughly 95,000 to 123,500 experience an hour.

Enchanting. Members can cast Lvl-4 Enchant on it at 57 Magic to make an abyssal bracelet. That is the main reason to craft a stack of them.

Diamond bracelet or real gloves

In the hands slot, a Diamond bracelet is the weakest possible choice for fighting. Every bonus is zero. Barrows gloves are bought after finishing Recipe for Disaster, and they carry +12 strength and a mix of +12 attack and defence bonuses across melee and ranged.

If you are choosing gloves for a fight, start from the melee gear list. Keep the bracelet for training and enchanting.

Diamond bracelet FAQ

What Crafting level do you need to make a Diamond bracelet?
58 Crafting. You also need a bracelet mould, a diamond and a gold bar, and you make it at a furnace. Each one gives 95 Crafting experience.
Does the Diamond bracelet give any combat bonuses?
No. Every attack, defence, strength and Prayer bonus is 0. It is not a gear upgrade.
What is the Diamond bracelet used for?
Two things. Players craft it to train Crafting, and members can cast Lvl-4 Enchant on it to turn it into an abyssal bracelet. That enchant needs 57 Magic and gives 67 Magic experience. The ruby bracelet is the lower-level version, made at 42 Crafting for 80 experience and enchanted into an inoculation bracelet.
How fast can you train Crafting with Diamond bracelets?
A rough range is 1,000 to 1,300 bracelets an hour when you craft in batches, bank, and return to the furnace. At 95 experience each, that is about 95,000 to 123,500 Crafting experience an hour. Your real rate depends on the furnace you use and how closely you play.
Can I wear a Diamond bracelet instead of gloves?
It uses the same hands slot, so you can wear one instead of gloves, but you would give up all the glove stats. Barrows gloves carry bonuses of +12 across most categories. A diamond bracelet carries none.
Is the Diamond bracelet members-only?
Yes. It is a members item and it is tradeable on the Grand Exchange, with a buy limit of 10,000 every 4 hours.
Is the Diamond bracelet worth making?
It is an experience method, so the answer depends on the cost of the diamonds and gold bars against the Crafting experience you want. The finished bracelet has its own Grand Exchange price. Compare it with what the ingredients cost before you commit to a big batch.

Update history
